3 Types of Bacon – Premium applewood, hickory, and maple cured bacon, onions, garlic, Spanish paprika, Indian, cumin, chipotle peppers, premium bourbon, pure maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, espresso, salt and pepper.
BAM (Bourbon and Maple) Bacon Jam Chutney is a handcrafted gourmet spread musically combining the singing strings of sweet, savory then following up with a base drum kick of spice at the end. Its texture similar to a chunky chutney or salsa, although I've never seen either of these with BACON, which is why this is extra special!
Meant to be served warm, the jam creates a combination of inventive flavors that will compliment a perfectly cooked steak (not to mention, save an overcooked one), pulled pork, scallops, chicken, lamb chops, potatoes, or try it on top of a cracker with a base of soft goat cheese for a quick and indulgent hors d’oeuvre. One of my favorites is on toast with an egg cooked over easy, Yum! Honestly, the possibilities are limitless!
