Turnaround
Marley B’ Jam’n products are available for immediate shipping (within 48 hours after order is confirmed), while supplies last.

Traditionally, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery. Rush orders are available. Please contact us directly at mbjamn@gmail.com with the words “RUSH REQUEST” and the date you would like to receive your order by. We will contact you directly to discuss and confirm your needs.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• Order Tracking
  USPS tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier. When your order is fulfilled, we will update you via email along with the tracking information.
  
  Shipping Rates
  The flat rate charged based on the number of jars you’ll be purchasing. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, please select the flat rate shipping option that corresponds to the total amount of jars ordered. If you’re in the St. Louis, MO area, you can select “Free Delivery” to coordinate a drop off date and time.
  
  Back Orders
  If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
